There are a few posts on MEL and LNG to a recent report (1 Dec 2010) on the CSG to LNG industry (on the LNG website). It is a good summary and is a good read. It contains frst attempts I have seen on the economic modelling of CSG upstream and the link to gas prices, flow rates, LNG contract scenarios etc. This is also very relevent to ESG being one of the independent CSG players. The report contains a lot of food for thought!
