Just one small problem with all that second and that is there wouldn't be anywhere near enough money to compensate farmers/land owners and repair the damage that may be caused beneath with the aquifers for example.
Then of course a company will deny and fight any claim until eventual bankruptcy of the claimant.
As far as I know there's no remediation plan or techniques known for fixing damaged aquifers so how does something like that have an appropriate insurance cover?
Don't worry, I'm not expecting an answer but only because there isn't one.
