Says who? seems there's no precedent to go by in Australia.
So you've just admitted that there actually is insurance cover for this from the company who would be liable,after telling us that there wasn't any as it's too risky!
No claims have been made by the liable parties in QLD or NSW. No aquifers that need repairing by CSG companies who work to much tighter regulations than farmers and others boring where and when they please without any regulation and to similar depths as CSG drilling.
Just more scaremongering. Don't bother denying it as you and your mate IS can't refute it
