No I didn't admit to what you're saying at all. If you re-read, I was referring to the farmers/land holders NOT being able to get 'individual' insurance and if you took any notice, the "The BigM" said earlier,
"Ultimately anything is insurable, as long as you are willing to pay".
Not so.
