    how does it generally work? -
    Would MOS purchase the base gas of 3.5PJ?
    then a would a client then pump in another say 3.5pj and rent the storage?
    or would MOS purchase the client gas, store it, then sell it on later?
    also if they pump in say 7.5pj of gas, can they be sure that they will be able to retrieve that 7.54pj later?
