No not that disappointed. A pretty remarkable result for the challengers given that the incumbents threw all the company's resources and shareholders money at their defence. And still 45% of the voting shareholders wanted to see them gone.
The current Board can't take any joy from that result and it will be interesting to see if there is any change in approach. Especially how they start engaging with the 45% of shareholders who don't believe they can deliver.
