P the question for ERM probably was which group of Directors would do the better job for ERM rather than who would do the better job for MEL shareholders.

At the moment a very low share price for MEL is probably very good for ERM. There seems to be no other competitor in the market, so the lower the MEL share price goes, the greater the opportunity for ERM to increase their shareholding.

At least ERM can be fairly confident in the existing Directors as they had done such a good job in keeping the share price down. And we didn't see much change in their plans presented yesterday.

But I guess time will reveal all.
