    we won't know how the tech develops or is refined until it does. cost of production though is more likely to fall as tech improves efficiency of production..... isn't this logical?

    no point in downplaying the facts though acorn. the nation needs to work together to get offshore wind production going strong if we are to avoid the loss of electricity generation with coal fired generators closing.

    Had Abbott not abolished the carbon price, industry could have already provided much of the anticipated energy loss, but alas Abbott acted on absurd idiotology. so we are now facing a generation shortfall in NSW. and Taylor's sabotage of snowy 2.0 helped that a lot didn't it.

    I'm not saying nuclear is preferable to renewable. we need a broad array of technologies and baseload generation needs replacing. we need more batteries too. solar thermal, pumped hydro etc and still we will face a shortfall as it presently stands.

    face the reality acorn; nuclear is inevitable.
