The Low Emissions Technology Roadmap provides an independent, science-based analysis of the technology options in the energy sector that can help Australia meet its 2030 emissions reduction target and create new opportunities for local industry.

The technologies are grouped according to a series of options or ‘pathways’ that the Australian Government could invest in.

Are there any initiatives and/or projects that you’re working on now that you can talk about?

We are currently focusing on our main project, the conversion of CO2 to alternative fuels and chemicals using high temperature heat. This is on its own a very big and captivating venture and we do not want to be working on any alternative projects at the moment.

We are currently focusing on finalizing the terms to set up a pilot plant at a large coal fired power plant in order to demonstrate our product can work in a real live environment. Simultaneously we are in serious discussions with three other companies to set up a second pilot plant in gasification plants and a steel factory where the heat and CO2 will be directly obtained from the plant to the NewCO2Fuels’ Pilot
