Personally I do not agree either with your view about how the rest of the world see coal power plants - but that is the benefit of a forum - agree to disagree
LCOE will be the major consideration when it comes to the developing world... coal is not that
and dont throw in the stat about China and coal power... it has been discussed ad nauseum and is a result of a communist parties energy policy - not profitable
