    I was speaking from experience re coal plants.

    Spent a long time doing maintenance planning and co-ordination.

    Lots of wear on plant and boiler fouling all major works.

    Not to mention PF leaks and cable rack repairs due to fire damage. None of that in Gas or other fuelled boilers.

    Coal fired plants are dirty, high maintenance.
