    Fillip,
I attempted to specialise in Australian Green Companies over the last 3/4 years.I figured them to be an Up'n'Coming Sector that would be backed by 'Ethical" Funds etc.

I've been in Ethanol[AAE],EVZ[water but really only a "Metal" basher],EDE [too many Irons in the Fire],several Hot Rocks Companies[these were the "new" thing especially when newly Listed but they were Highly Capital Intensive].I've been In and Out of several other New Tech Companies.SOL,INL, a Lot.
The Only One I've held thru thick'n'thin has been Dyesol on the Long Term.

I've learnt that these types of Companies [Green tinged] are often Poor Investments on the Long Term. They attract tale spinners.Sounds good, sounds Positive and Progressive but often they shield a Rort or at least mis-directed Thinking.Only by maintaining my interests in Old Style "Stuff" have I been able to Avoid Financial Disaster.

These Green Shares attract a lot of 'Fall in Love with the Concept" Holders.I can't afford to hold a string of these Duds so I'm concentrated on Dyesol. At least it's in Production, has Limited Shares on Issue, seems concentrated on Sealing Big Business Contracts,is Operational NOW not in a few more years etc blah.

So I ask the Question-What is the Positive Track Record of the CSIRO involvement in Listed Companies? Is the CSIRO historically a Low Cost producer of BreakThru Technology?or is it concentrated mainly on Tech Development and Hang the Cost of Production etc?
What do I get as replies so far?
    Piffle about being a DownRamper!!
Yet the genuine Long Term Holders, should have "researched" this very point, surely but it seems they just got bedazzled by the CSIRO's involvement and took solace that they [d'Csiro] would solve any problems and naturally give 'em a Winner!

Sorry the Stock Exchange History is littered with Successful Tech development by now defunct,Suspended Companies that failed Cash Flow Theory.

Currently I'm running the Ruler over NHC New Hope Corp so all you Pollyanna Pilgrims may soon be left to your own devices!!

    cheerio.
