current therapies for haemophilia are very expensive, especially those with severe disease.
If one adds/measures cost of factor replacement, management of patient with inhibitors, Emicizumab, blood tests, clinic visits, allied health support, management during unrelated surgical procedures, financial cost to the family and psychological impact of being disease free for 3-10 years etc., 2M is not bad.
