But the decision to short CSL is a totally separate investment decision, and it implies that this is one of the best shorting ideas in the market.
If it isn't, then surely whatever short-selling capacity one has would be better applied to shorting ideas than offer better short profits than CSL.
The minute you short-sell CSL, you are effectively saying that this is the stock out of the hundreds of others, for which I see most downside.
That's a difficult premise to accept (well, for me, anyway, because I am 100% certain there are many more shares with greater, and more obvious, downside than CSL)
