Are you referring to share price or eps growth?
The last time I looked, which was awhile ago, eps growth over the past 3 years wasn’t anywhere near 10% pa.
Price eventually follows value and agree that a risk free rate north of 5% doesn’t warrant the additional equity risk premium being paid for fractional ownership of this business which is also reflected in the current PE even at the lower SP.
