The past is ancient history and totally irrelevant. Over 99% of the share price growth occurred before 2013. A company the size of CSL can't get much larger. If you account for exchange rates CSL price is the same as it was five years ago.
Investors can get 5% risk-free from bonds or term deposits. There is no sensible reason why they would hold a company with a 1% dividend and 75% potential downside.
