Yes it has dipped below the 200EMA line which is a bearish sign.
History is only a guide - last time it dipped below the 200EMA was on 25th July 2014. However, it bounced back about the 200EMA line about 20 days later on 14th Aug 2014.
So, it may bounce back in a month time.
