People have been saying that for a long time but the combination of solid earnings and that pipeline are hard to beat. I sold a house last year and had funds to deploy and looked up and down the market for value in a fair bit of detail.
I was already so overweight CSL and A2 I couldn't justify buying more but I was most comfortable with those holdings at the time (beyond any of the other options). My selections have roughly performed in line with the market (some hits, some misses) which is a little disappointing but it turns out my best performers have been those I already owned.
As for other "growth" stocks including healthcare many are in complete nosebleed territory, many without the benefit of a steady (growing) dividend.
So I disagree there's significantly better value out there. I'm getting a return on my Capital in the form of a dividend while that R&D pipeline is working away in the background in my favour.
