GARP is growth rate x maximum twice.+ add dividend yld if you like.
So using your example 9% growth x 2 + 2% dividend equals 18 + 2 = PE of 20.
Anything less than this and one can turbo charge their investment returns.
This is why Peter Lynch averaged 20% returns for how many years?
But again Peter Lynch operated in a different time, a time when all these calculations had to be done manually, same as Buffett in his early ventures. There were no 'investment screens', and back then 'charting was all the rage'.
Anyway the best I can say, CSL is getting closer, but again I am not ready to strike.
