I assume you are blood group O Neg or A Neg. It used to be that in Australia they would notify people if they had a high level of antibodies to certain antigens ( including rH antigens ). However it was the situation in the US that donors were not notified that they had usefully high antibody levels. Plasma from such patients is often very valuable to the company that receives the donated plasma but the donor only received the same payment as the rest of the donors. These donors are 'walking, talking money trees" but often ( in the US ) are not even aware of it.
