Its not a case of filling up and overloading the brain cells !
My wife and I have renovated 6-7 properties, all successfully. For some reason, people just don’t ask for advice and my niece overpaid for a property she shouldn’t have bought, and then renovated without advice. We would have been happy to help and provide advice, but we just weren’t asked !
Get your info from wherever you can... even the free MF site is a good one to stir the brain cells and to jog the memory !
