Exactly right.
And when the rocket takes off, many sit around and discuss how expensive CSL has become. So they wait for a dip and don't buy in.
I am not smart enough to know when the rocket is due to take off.
So I just buy and hold long term. When they get cheap, I buy some more.
I held through the flat patch you mentioned post GFC. Almost sold at around $30 because it was going nowhere.
I can guarantee that selling would have been a far greater mistake than buying at current levels in case it goes down a bit...
But all of this depends on your investment strategy.
The trend will remain down as long as the USD keeps falling. I am ok with that.
