I topped up about a week ago at $107.71.
I'm a little surprised that CSL has dropped to $105, but comfortable that it will recover to $120 in the next 6 months.
The company has been consistently saying that they are investing heavily in new products pipeline and the Sequiris business and that the 2016 eps would be lower for that reason ( came in at 310c). I expect them to achieve higher eps in 2017 and 2018. If they can get close to the forecasts on commsec of 379c and 488c in these years, then the sp will probably be nearer to $150.00 in two years time.
Very dependent on the achievement with the investments, AUD/USD exchange rate, 0.5B share buy back under consideration.
I'm backing CSL based on past performance and their ability to invest at the right time in the capital markets.
