Hard to know where they are up to on the M&A/Partnership front, understandably they don't disclose anything. Hopefully this is because they keep the information close to their chest, rather than due to a lack of information to disclose - and Q1 2009 will be when it is all happening. They need to do something anyway sooner rather than later as there won't be anything left in the kitty past mid-year.
