Dear Sir CONSOLIDATED MINERALS BACKS JAGUAR COPPER-ZINC PROJECT

The Directors of Jabiru Metals Limited (Jabiru) are pleased to announce that the Company has entered into an agreement with Consolidated Minerals Limited (Consmin).

The Company has agreed to place 5,000,000 shares at 25 cents per share to Consmin. The placement shares will rank pari passu with all other existing ordinary shares of the Company. Jabiru welcomes Consmin to the Company's share register and their recognition and support for both the Jaguar Project and the exploration potential of the Teutonic Bore Exploration Project.

Jabiru will use the $1.25m placement funds for exploration drilling, the progression of the development of Jaguar and working capital.
