It's looking more and more likely that the recent fall below critical support below $3.17 was a false breakdown signal rather than an indicator of further downside.

The rebound above $3.17 looks strong and sustainable so the technicals are looking promising.

I have no problem with the fundamentals for CSM .... on that basis it looks very oversold.

I like it when the technicals and the fundamentals line up ... and they are starting to do so.

That said ... the $3.17 - $3.15 level is worth watching .... would not like to see a close below that.
