CSM announced Mindy Mindy j/v with FMG 21/7/03. CSM became a substantial shareholder 4/11/03 and on 11/2/04 announced no longer a substantial shareholder as the % held reduced following FMG having options converted into fp shares.
ASX announcement 11/2/04 indicates 4,500,000 shares held.
Note latest annual report FMG shows Redowood Pty Ltd in top 20 at number 5, holding 4,500,000 shares. Too big a coincidence for it not to be CSM.
Can anyone confirm from CSM A/R if Redowood in one of their subsidiaries?
