csm uk broker quits not happy, page-5

I have heard that way private equity works is that just come in make an offer "take or leave it" and then if they don't get it f*** off.

I am actually hoping for a better price. But a little worried that we might end up with a CSM without Gilbertson.

Do you reckon CSM would be a better company without him?

With say just Baxter in charge and digging up minerals and selling them minus all the pezaz of having the deal maker on board.

Would that be ok with you?
