Informed today that DHL have pulled out of CSO scheme after losing Alphapharm contract to API. I don't think they had any choice because they clearly would not meet the CSO criteria without Alpharpharm's huge PBS range.

DHL reckon they will be back - what have they got up their sleeve? I would think they will be looking to aquire a wholesaler that easily meets the criteria. DHL has the cash to move in on ANY of the current players. As a expanding global player in Pharmaceutical Logistics they are not likely to take the Alphapharm slap in the face lying down. They want to get into the Australian market (less competition here than in other countries).

Would it not be ironic if they make a play for API?
