I wonder how they compare - cost (for construction and ongoing), area of land required, peak output, night time base load generation, life span of materials and consumables required. Could there be some sort of hybrid cap updraft tower ( i.e. Using some csp to heat water to use in the upbeat tower at night).
What are EVM doing to get a foot in the market? Lots of MW up for grabs!!!
