CSR recently gave a buy signal on the weekly when the SP had a BO with conviction above the $3.75 - $3.80 resistance area. The weekly trend is moving higher and is trading above both the 50w and 200w sma's which is bullish. SP was recently rejected at major psychological resistance $4.00.
MACD formed a bullish up-cross earlier in the year with an expanding +ve histogram. Bullish momentum has been consolidating over the past few months before what could possibly be the next leg-up. Stochastics have formed bullish higher-lows since becoming oversold during early-2016. Currently rising within the bullish continuation region (86.47). Altogether these are very bullish signals.
IMO bullish over the next +6mths. DYOR.
