    It depends if its a spin off or a carve out!

    I imagine the demerger will mean current holders keep there holding in the buildings sector and then the sugar company will be spun off or carved out. A spin off means you will get shares in both....Im really only interested in the buildings sector and I am very happy with the demerger!

    Any news on when this is likely to happen?
