CSR only recently came onto my radar. Directors look like they bought and weren't ....... around!

Always a good sign, talk is cheap, actions matter. 50% down since 2018 highs, we're having a correction in Sydney/Melbourne so far, not a GFC.

People buying now will look smart or possibly stupid if in fact we do have a GFC. I still put that at a low probability event, particularly with Australia's high rate of population growth.

Dividends hold up and CSR is paying a monster dividend too.
