Producing Kingfish is cheaper due to the fact they will eat a pellet unlike tuna, so perhaps Dr Foster was refering to the better % return between the two fish.
I'm just hoping CSS Mgt can hold it together as there is money to be made in fish farming and it wouldn't take too much for someone else to come in and take some our market share.
