I think Japan is going to take some time to really expand.
We need IT approval there and if it takes as long as Gold took , well don't hold your breath.
Re the US military .If they did 25k tests per day for every week day (about 240) then they could do a maximum of 6 million tests per year.They might have the capacity to do 25k per day , but they won't be doing testing every day. As we know they would do closer to 1 million tests per year.It would let them do large batches at a time though.
