As to the millitary spending our defence dollar wisely I wouldn't want to point you to the M S T board and all the funding that absorbed or star wars. ouch.
They participate in many trials as they have a captive controlled number of grunts and a complete set of verifyable and repeatable records with full medical history to boot.
There go our taxes and I can only see more coming back as dividends
