    I'm with you, why test if you ain't gonna treat?? It ain't gonna happen!

    We only test new arrivals in 'the west(ern world)' coz we gonna treat em and we can't even get universal recommendation to spend pennies on QFT to save pounds treating false positives. We haven't yet got wholesale agreement on this fundamental point.

    Unless Bill Gates gets this point then the third world is a ways off (IMHO).
