Agree with your lower high technical reading but against that it does appear to have made a higher low and seems to be trading in the 1.60 - 2.00 range.

On the fundamental side it was in need of that CDC guideline that was issued a few days ago to start building volume sales in the US and all being well we should start to see that occuring in first qtr 2003. Seperate information indicates they are overwhelmed with sales enquiries from many countries and are in need of adding peronnel in order to cope. The trials for Q-tb MkII are also understood to have proceeded extrememly well although the company is still not forecasting sales before 3rd qtr 2003. MkII is vital in rolling over the 25m tests per annum in Japan to Q-tb.

Fundamentally the company is still on track to achieve its goals but the CDC guidelines could have been issued sooner to make have provided an earlier sales kicker. I would also suspect that with the gold price getting a kick along some spec dollars that might have previously gone into a company like CST is finding its way elsewhere. Still a great medium term investment IMHO.
