Onyx, it's quite simple, if the analysts aren't digging it (be it for any reason), then certain funds slash account-holders will be legally bound to sell their holdings - regardless of value or whether they like it or not. It's the way the market goes round and round, you'll notice big spikes on stocks that are upgraded by such and such analyst and big drops on stocks that are downgraded - it's just legal bs taking its course.
