Not a purely logical explanation; more speculative. But the extra post-rights issue liquidity, matched with the lifting of market sentiment after the US election and the preliminary vaccine results could be helping to close the discount gap to the NTA - which was certainly wide.
Plus the RBA rates cut might have a few more people chasing dividend yield. And no one can argue with ACQ's dividend yield and profit reserves.
With a bit of luck they also sold some of their CSX and RBL holdings at their peak. But the next report is due any day now, so we'll see how they've performed in the past month.
