I am not as confident when resource juniors try to manage projects half way around the world from Australia . When it fails I reckon the guy in Melbourne is struggling to solve it or accept it's his fault. Just not quite the same for me.

I also believe that the proximities of all their projects is gonna make it a world easier to manage their skilled people at a time when skilled people in this game are hard to find.

They will be able to quickly and easily utilise the same people between neighbouring targets at minimal cost and give continuity of work and for longer.
