Perusing your recent list of hopefuls in the data management space, CT1, does appear a low risk entry into the IOT in the commercial space. The company looks like a no nonsense, nuts and bolts kind of team, despite the fact that god forbid, it , it doesn't have a registered address in West Perth.

The placement to Sophs @.23, isn't unreasonable, and it provides the company with close to $1m in necessary capital to grow the business. No fanfare on the placement either , no broker spruiking just a quiet placement to interested parties.

I understand that there are approximately 300 million issued shares , 100 million of which are either escrowed or related to performance, which suits me fine. I understand the directors have been allocated further stock recently, but at this stage in my research, I don't have an understanding of the substantial shareholders and how closely held this company really is, the closer, being better, in my book.

I've taken a pilot position in IOT, and hope to add as the story unfolds . You had some great picks in 2017, it would be great to replicate, K2F and 3DP in 2018, hope you have a successful new year.
