I pieced together a possible timeline for the Australian HIV Trial, from the available information, about 6 weeks ago.

If all has gone like clockwork, (unlikely, but possible), The baseline tests and observation of the Australian Participants in the HIV trial would have all been collected and the three months of dosing could have commenced about 12 days ago.
Not much chance of any worthwhile data being released at this point in time,IMO.

However, an invitation from St Vincent to run a second trial and the announcement of their going ahead with it only 6 days ago seems to fit well into that estimated timeline.

A good run would have all the preliminary observations done, dosing commenced, and a week to consider and plan the second Australian trial, then releasing the announcement.
