Ok thanks for your view but imv it wasn't short talk because i would have thought keeping him would add risk and switching him out for someone with less baggage would reduce SH risk so i consider it long talk, but if it's a founder led business then i guess that means you don't think it matters who the Chairman is or what their history is.................I thought i was missing something, cheers.
