They did same with webjet putting out wrong information to which webjet provided detailed response. It is becoming a norm these days where companies are subjected to attacks by shorters with wrong information/analysis to create a panic for share to drop. ASIC need to put some stringent regulations around false and misleading reports and liability clause for criminal charges with significant financial penalties to keep the business clean of unethical practices.
