A change in CFO always makes me cautious, especially when the market raises some red flags. New CFO's have incentives to wipe the slate clean if need be, my old man had been CFO in some companies along with being company doctor/liquidator at times but will admit he was primarily a troubleshooter rather than a wage earning CFO. I'm not really sure what this new guy here is like but to my mind a new CFO here casts more doubt not less to me but each to their own. A CFO should play his own tune, numbers are numbers and they should be allowed to play the correct tune rather than an expected tune but theres parrots in every trade so as always time will tell.
