    1. Who's idea was it to buy these guys?
    2. Who looked at the books?
    3. Why's it taken so long for this to come to the surface? Acquisition Jan 2012. Was there an earn-out deal and CTEC guys were covering things up???

    Anyway, complete lemon, cost me a lot of money (on paper for now)! Not a happy man!!
