With the acquisition now in full swing the Dec HY results will be interesting. With all other things remaining equal the Business Combination preliminary accounting figures stated that if it had been effected from 1 July 2014 would have contributed $36M revenue and $2.2M profit. The acquisition is going to be a game changer towards more stable earnings growth.
