citi are funny, they just give a low valuation and whack in a fact or two then everyone gets scared...how many of these guys actually get it right...?

anyone trading would know that these guys rarely go against the market consensus, cause if they get it wrong they're buts will be on the line.

83mill rise in debt is due to restructuring costs - a lot of which is a one off....

CDR are not in the best of shape I must say...but I'm just saying that you can't always rely on these analyst for direction on your trading...
