    “Due to the recent Court Hearing between Gandel Metals and Centennial in relation to whether Gandel Metals should hold security over Centennial, it is very unlikely that the 444GA application to transfer your shares for zero consideration would occur this financial year.We will provide an update to shareholders regarding the status of your shares when more is known.from
